- Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery time of 72 working hours (1 to 3 days). Although if they are outside Spain, delivery may be delayed up to 10 days.
- The delivery service of www.puenterobles.com is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognised prestige. Therefore, www.puenterobles.com is not responsible for any possible damage that may be caused in the transfer of the products.

- The products are shipped in accordance with Spanish and EU regulations on the transport of perishable foodstuffs, and are therefore sent under suitable temperature conditions that preserve the food's cold chain.
- All our hams arrive wrapped in netting and are shipped in individual boxes. The rest of the sausage is vacuum packed. As for the fresh product, the shipping method is vacuum-packed or frozen (depending on the product), which provides security and resistance in the shipment.
